LEARN THE CONCEPT

Understand it, then try it.

Julia ranges can describe evenly spaced numbers without writing every value. The three-part form is start:step:stop, so the middle number controls the gap between markers. collect materializes the range as a vector. This lets a workshop generate a repeatable marking pattern from a few clear values.

array_lab.jl
spacing = 4markers = 3:spacing:15positions = collect(markers)println(join(positions, " / "))

Each mission is a standalone Julia 1.x script using Base. Arrays use their standard one-based indices. Run a single snippet with julia; no packages or input files are required.

Track the values line by line. Predict the result before running this example in your own editor.
